For real estate agents

Social media content for real estate agents, every month

Showings, calls, closings. Social media keeps getting pushed to tomorrow. We plan, design and write a month of posts that keep you visible to buyers and sellers in your market.

From $49/monthCancel anytimeNo passwords needed

Real estate is a relationship business, and most people choose an agent they already feel they know. Social media lets you stay in front of your sphere between transactions: past clients, future sellers, and buyers who aren't ready yet but will be. The agents who benefit are the ones who show up consistently, with content that's genuinely useful, not just a stream of "Just Listed" graphics.

Hypelune creates a month of polished posts for you: listing and open-house templates, buyer and seller education, neighborhood guides and personal-brand posts, with captions and hashtags. You keep control of your accounts and post or schedule whenever you like.

What you get

Built for your business

Listing and open-house templates

On-brand designs for new listings, open houses, price updates and closings, ready for your photos.

Buyer and seller education

Clear explainers on the process, from pre-approval to closing day, that position you as the expert.

Neighborhood guides

Posts that showcase the areas you serve: local favorites, things to do, what makes each neighborhood special.

Personal-brand posts

Your story, your values and why you do this work, so your audience gets to know you.

Compliance-minded captions

Captions written to avoid discriminatory wording, with a reminder to add your brokerage details as your state requires.

A monthly calendar

On Growth and Elite: a month planned around your listings, open houses and market updates.

What a month of content looks like

On the Growth plan (30 posts), a typical month for an agent might include around eight listing, open-house or just-sold templates, seven buyer and seller education posts, six neighborhood and local-life posts, four personal-brand posts, and five market or seasonal posts, such as getting a home ready for spring or what to know before buying in winter. The calendar keeps listings from crowding out the educational and local content that builds your reputation, and it leaves flexible slots for new listings that come up mid-month. Agents who want a lighter presence often start with Starter: 12 posts a month, about three a week.

Why consistent content works

Most buyers and sellers start their search online, and many will look you up before they reply to your email or call you back. A consistent, professional feed full of helpful content makes that first impression count. Over time, educational posts and neighborhood content also give your sphere something worth sharing with friends who are thinking of moving.

We write with care for the rules that matter in real estate. Captions avoid wording that could raise fair housing concerns, avoid promises about prices or returns, and leave space for the brokerage name and license details your state requires. You review everything before it goes live, because you post it yourself.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your business. A short onboarding form covers your audience, goals, platforms and brand style.
  2. We create your month. We plan the themes, design every post, and write the captions and hashtags.
  3. You post or schedule. Download your ready-to-post folder and publish on your own schedule. You never share a password.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you need my MLS access or listing photos?

We never need logins. For listing posts, we provide designed templates you can drop your listing photos into, or you can send us the photos and details and we design the posts for you.

Is the content specific to my market?

Yes. Tell us the neighborhoods and cities you serve in your brief, and we plan neighborhood posts and local hashtags around them.

Do you handle brokerage compliance?

We write carefully and leave space for required disclosures, but rules vary by state and brokerage. You remain responsible for checking each post against your brokerage's advertising rules before posting.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month to month with no contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again, and everything already delivered is yours to keep.

Your 7-day idea list

  1. Monday: Introduce yourself: who you are, what you do, and who you do it for — in three short lines.
  2. Tuesday: Answer the question customers ask you most. Screenshot-worthy, one tip per slide.
  3. Wednesday: Behind the scenes: show one step of how your product or service actually gets made.
  4. Thursday: A myth in your industry, and what's actually true. Keep it friendly, not preachy.
  5. Friday: Show a favorite product, offer or package, with one clear reason it's worth it.
  6. Saturday: Share something useful that isn't about you: a tool, a local spot, a quick how-to.
  7. Sunday: Ask your audience a simple question and reply to every answer. Conversations build reach.
