Instagram content for coffee shops, done for you

You run the bar. We plan, design and write a month of Instagram posts that show off your drinks, your people and your neighborhood — ready to post or schedule.

From $49/monthCancel anytimeNo passwords needed

A great café is busy by definition. Between opening, the morning rush, ordering stock and training new staff, Instagram is usually the first thing to slip. Yet it is often the first place a new customer checks before deciding where to get their coffee: they look at your photos, your hours, your menu and whether you seem open and alive.

Hypelune gives you a consistent, beautiful feed without the daily scramble. Every month you receive a ready-to-post folder of designed posts with captions and hashtags written for your café, built around your menu, your seasonal specials and your local community.

What you get

Built for your business

Seasonal menu launches

Hero posts and carousels for new drinks and bakes, with the details customers need: what's in it, what it costs, how long it's around.

Behind-the-bar moments

Post concepts and captions that show your craft: dialing in espresso, steaming milk, the first pour of the day.

Community posts

Meet-the-team features, local maker shout-outs and neighborhood recommendations that build loyalty.

Slow-hour promotions

Posts designed to fill quieter times: laptop-friendly afternoons, loyalty rewards, bean bags to take home.

Local hashtag sets

Focused tags for coffee lovers, your neighborhood and your city, instead of thirty generic ones.

A posting calendar

On Growth and Elite: a month mapped out around your specials, events and holiday hours.

What a month of content looks like

Here's how a typical Growth month (30 posts) might be balanced for a neighborhood café: around eight menu and seasonal-drink posts, six behind-the-bar posts, six community and team posts, five helpful coffee-education posts, and five promotional posts for quiet hours, loyalty rewards, beans to take home or an upcoming event. The calendar spreads them so your feed never shows three drink photos in a row, and it flags the days that matter most, like a new seasonal launch or holiday hours. On Starter, the same mix is scaled down to 12 posts, roughly three a week, which is a comfortable rhythm for a single-location café.

Post ideas we might plan for you

  • “What to order if you don't like bitter coffee” carousel
  • Cortado vs. flat white vs. latte, side by side
  • Pastry of the week, with the time it usually sells out
  • How to brew our beans at home in 30 seconds
  • Meet the barista: their go-to order and one fun fact
  • Holiday hours and seasonal specials, posted on time

Why consistent content works

Coffee is a habit business. People choose a café, then return to it again and again. Instagram keeps you top of mind between visits and gives first-timers a reason to walk in. That only works if your feed looks active and consistent, week after week. A monthly plan means you are never posting a blurry photo at 6:58 am because you suddenly realized it had been three weeks.

We design around your real brand: your colors, your cups, your tone of voice. If you send us photos of your drinks, space and team, we build posts around them; your own photos always make the strongest café content. Captions are written to sound like a friendly barista, not a corporate ad.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your business. A short onboarding form covers your audience, goals, platforms and brand style.
  2. We create your month. We plan the themes, design every post, and write the captions and hashtags.
  3. You post or schedule. Download your ready-to-post folder and publish on your own schedule. You never share a password.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you use our own photos?

Yes, and we recommend it. Send us photos of your drinks, pastries, space and team, and we design posts around them. If you are short on photos, we create original visuals in your style and suggest simple shots to take on a quiet morning.

Will posts match our menu and specials?

Yes. Your onboarding brief includes your menu, upcoming specials and events, and we plan the month around them. You can send updates before each month starts.

Which plan suits a single café?

Most single-location cafés start with Starter (12 posts) or Growth (30 posts with a calendar). If you want Reels and TikTok scripts for behind-the-bar videos, Elite adds 8 short-video scripts each month.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month to month with no contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again, and everything already delivered is yours to keep.

Your 7-day idea list

  1. Monday: Introduce yourself: who you are, what you do, and who you do it for — in three short lines.
  2. Tuesday: Answer the question customers ask you most. Screenshot-worthy, one tip per slide.
  3. Wednesday: Behind the scenes: show one step of how your product or service actually gets made.
  4. Thursday: A myth in your industry, and what's actually true. Keep it friendly, not preachy.
  5. Friday: Show a favorite product, offer or package, with one clear reason it's worth it.
  6. Saturday: Share something useful that isn't about you: a tool, a local spot, a quick how-to.
  7. Sunday: Ask your audience a simple question and reply to every answer. Conversations build reach.
